Excellent service. Didn’t have my tire in stock, but the attendant VERY quickly called around, found what I needed. The service was beyond quick and professional. Thank you so much for turning what could have been a larger inconvenience into a great experience.

I shopped around for a cataltaltyic converter in this area and most shops wanted to charge me for a diagnostic even though I already knew what was wrong with my car and had documentation of it. Other shops insisted I replace all 3 of my catalytic converters even though I only needed one replaced. The Tire Store gave me a fair price quote and repair same day without having to pay for another diagnostic. They also did an oil change and state inspection. I plan to bring all my cars here for all their maintenance. Highly recommend.

After visiting many Ford dealerships, who wouldn’t take a look at my escape, why the AC heater stopped working and why the engine light came on, I visited Tire Shop Service Center after being referred by an AutoZone associate. Omar here was very helpful in checking under the hood, and confirmed that the Antifreeze/Coolant is empty. They checked that there was a damaged pipe, and order the part from Ford website. Jose fixed the car today, the engine light is off and heater started working. All employees in the Coppell store are helpful and understanding.
