I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

I had a great experience with Dr. Baek. He was extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable about spinal and joint health. I came in with a crooked back and neck that had been bothering me for a while, and he quickly identified the issues and explained everything clearly.
His adjustments were precise and effective — I noticed a real difference in my posture and comfort level after just a few sessions. He also worked on my shoulder alignment, which I didn’t even realize was affecting my posture and mobility until he corrected it.

my mom has been evaluated by half a dozen chiropractors in the past but i haven’t seen anyone make a bigger difference than we saw in <1 wk with dr. baek. he’s extremely thorough and caring. it is very clear that the patient’s health is his priority. the office staff is very friendly, courteous, and help make the process seamless. the office is immaculate and helps make u feel u are getting excellent care. highly recommend!
