I became a new patient and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient to me and my wife . As a new patient, I really appreciate how smoothly the intake process went. Every health concern I mentioned was addressed and that warms my heart! I have nothing but great things to say about Old Town Family Practice. Dr. Swaldi and his entire team are AMAZING providers that demonstrate the upmost care, professionalism, and intellect. As a PA student who has rotated through numerous clinics, I can say with confidence that this is the best place in the entire DFW metroplex to receive care. They are thorough, timely, organized, honest, and compassionate.
