The cold plunge was set at 40 degrees which was a bit cold for me. I asked if he could raise it into the 50s, and he adjusted it right away without any hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the service was top notch. Kyle showed me around, explained all the options, and made me feel welcome.

I started with the Nordic Tech compression legs, followed by the cold plunge. Before I left, he even let me rinse off in one of the showers. The whole experience felt great. The space was clean, calm, and well set up. From a customer service and recovery standpoint, this place delivers. I highly recommend it, without these guys I wouldn’t be able to perform as well as I did on the second day of the tournament.“
