The doctors seem to be always in a rush. I felt like I was treated like a customer at a fast food chain. The first appointment with Doctor Chung was effective. I got the med and my facial skin improved so much better over time. Then, I came back for another skin concern. Dr. Vin diagnosed me incorrectly and told me to take antihistamines for a long period. I got dizzy and really tired. The skin irritation issue did not go away. I went to my primary physician. Unfortunately, she was on vacation and had to be seen by a nurse practitioner. There is a reason I drive over 50 miles, one way, and pass three other Epiphany offices just to go to the Coppell location. Elizabeth Widmer is an AMAZING person to work with, but her staff is equally superior. Elaine is not only competent, but also compassionate. She is not only professional, but also personable. I couldn't possibly recommend them any higher. My only regret is that they let Sarah move to a different location!

I'm a little shocked at the reviews. Most seem to be based on getting an appointment, but I made mine through their website, and it was ridiculously easy. I saw Elizabeth Widmer, PA-C and she was WONDERFUL. She checked me thoroughly, took off a couple of spots that we were concerned about, and told me that I could really benefit from a chemical peel - which she did that day. The office was super nice, friendly, and organized. I am honestly baffled at the reviews. I will say, that I tried to call and didn't get an answer. She even told me that the phone service they use can be terrible - so assuming that is why people are struggling with appointments. Book online,...read full review
