First time floater and wow what a wonderful experience. Definitely returning! Also did the compression therapy which was very helpful for my tired legs. Jamie was awesome with all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

Started bring our 14 old son who is a boxer. We have tried and still do Cryo occasionally. This was his first experience trying the fire and ice therapy.
He was a bit drained from the weight cut and after a 60 min therapy session. His whole mood changed. He felt that surge of energy about 30 mins after. He slept much more and woke with all soreness gone.
We have definitely found another recovery tool for his preparation leading up to competition.

After offering us drinks from the fridge, he gave us a tour of the place. He took the time to tell us exactly what to expect from the float therapy session and offered his help/guidance. The experience here was phenomenal and we will be returning!!
