I used Antoine Real Estate inspection to inspect my first home. He's very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I will use his service again. Excellent company to use when buying a home.
It was a joy working with Weldon. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. Weldon was exceptionally thorough both in terms of his inspection and his explanation of the areas that were checked and that needed to be improved. Additionally, Weldon was kind enough to provide advice and information on home improvements outside of the scope of the inspection. Weldon's final reports were extraordinarily comprehensive and detailed, which was very helpful as it allowed me to clearly show the seller/builder the work that needs to be completed before closing. Antoine is a professional Real Estate inspector who does a good quality work. He helped me inspect two houses, I was there in person on the first one and I insisted he to take of the second one. He is friendly, picky up and present every details his recommendations are worth considering.
