After taking DAILY Claritin D and Mucinex D for years, and after being directed to allergy shots by my PCP - which I did not want to do - a friend finally convinced me to try acupuncture. I wasn't totally on board but she convinced me with the "what have you got to lose" argument. I'm a fan of Western medicine and acupuncture wasn't really something I'd ever considered. Well, now I'm a believer. It took about a year and a half of NAET treatments every other week (mainly because I could only go on weekends) but I no longer need the meds and feel great.
