Dr. Jacob really cares about his patients! He was kind, thorough and thoughtful during my entire appointment. He listened to my concerns. He explained every step of the process and really made me feel completely comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone looking for a compassionate provider who knows his stuff.

Dr Jacob Gries chiropractor cares so well for his patients! He attentively listens to the problems I was having and was able to develop a solution that targeted my pain to help me feel better. He understands how everything is connected and addressed not only my current pain point but the underlying issue too. 10/10 would recommend.

An absolute professional. I have never felt so safe with a chiropractor before. I will be a life long client of theirs. Every visit feels like I'm in a class with Dr. McCabe from the way he explains in depth on why we are doing the specific adjustments, how the area we are working on feels the way it does, and how we can work to slowly relieve the pain moving forward. Being an avid golfer I do weekly visits for maintenance and to stay loose. Alpha Life has made me forget the bad experiences I’ve had with other doctors. I recommend them to everyone that asks who they should go to.

Our concept was born out of a growing need to connect people back with themselves.
