When he arrived, he was incredibly kind and informative. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing while he treated both the interior and exterior of my home. He successfully took out a stubborn fire ant hill that had been a real problem! I also really appreciated how careful and respectful he was with my appliances and property while working.
