Technician was kind and asked about any problems I was having and ensured a second pass over doors I know have bad seals. What's very impressive is that he came back to let me know my pool pump had a leak and while things were frozen, I could get out there and take pictures so I can get things fixed. I appreciate the extra time to ring my door again to let me know!! Thank you. Above and beyond.

Tech was very friendly but more importantly stayed very professional.. he was very knowledgeable about the product and services he provided for todays session. He also assured me that the product being used inside the house would not harm my pets.
