He paid very close attention to detail and made sure that everything was done properly and in a timely manner. He was very very knowledgeable when I had questions and very polite. Technician was kind and asked about any problems I was having and ensured a second pass over doors I know have bad seals. What's very impressive is that he came back to let me know my pool pump had a leak and while things were frozen, I could get out there and take pictures so I can get things fixed.
