“I recently was seen by Dr. Purser at their office. I had developed a horrible skin rash and called five offices before I called the Hill Country office. Their team worked me into their schedule within a couple of hours and the healthcare has been seamless. Dr. Purser coordinated care with another provider to make sure all symptoms and potential complications were addressed quickly. Their team has called and texted me throughout the last few days and Dr. Purser even called in the evenings to check on me and verify I understood my treatment and didn’t have any questions. “It was fabulous I got something I've never had before and it was the most delicious dish. The chicken manecotte. They are made with crepes instead of those big fat pasta tubes. The sauce reminded me of Birraporetti's tomato basil soup. So delicious!!!“

“I called ahead to see if my insurance was accepted and Miss Jennifer answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. When I was being signed in the front desk receptionist was kind of off putting and I couldn't hear her because of the masks.I was helped by her very little as she watched me struggle to the front. I saw her help another woman by taking her Identity cards to her but she couldn't have bothered to assist me. She wasn't personable or friendly really. But probably because she was busy. It was just poor timing or situational awareness on her part. Otherwise I would give this med clinic a five star rating.When I was about to be seen Jennifer helped me into being assessed. She was so kind to help me into a wheelchair because I had just rolled my ankle. Her quality of service was amazing. She was so friendly and supportive about listening to my situation as well as answering the phone. Giving me a great triage assessment. The wait wasn't very long. They take Superior insurance and were able to x-ray my ankle. Thankfully I only had a sprain. But almost all of the team was so supportive with helping me to and from the restroom etc . Thank you FastMed team for being so supportive and kind in the process of my healing. I would love to encourage others to visit. This facility is clean, and has plenty of sanitizer, as well as a mask procedure. The wait times are great and they see you irregardless of age from infant to older. As well as normal check up visits I believe within under 2 hours.“
