I purchased flooring with Home Depot and they used this company to have my floors installed. A team headed by a man name Ricardo installed my floors. He did an incredible job on my floors and the woman on his team that works with him kept the worksite clean. I was so very impressed with the work ethic of this team. It is hard work to be on your knees installing flooring all day and they worked incredibly well. My floors look amazing!!! I am too happy to provide this review. FPN called and stayed in contact about scheduling and following up which I appreciated. Great company! I would use them again in a heart beat!
My experience with FPN was very positive. Shane brought flooring samples to my home and, although there was a manufacturing defect with the first flooring delivery, Shane was very cooperative about accepting return on that flooring and agreed to bring more samples to my home. The new flooring was installed by Oscar who did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with my new floor. The communication was very good with this company which is a pleasant surprise these days.
These guys are simply fantastic. They handled the flooring aspect of my renovation following a flood in my condo. Shane, who managed the project, was extremely professional, accommodating and responsive—gave me his cell phone number and answered any questions I had right away. Martín did the removal and installation of new flooring and did an outstanding job. Everything was done quickly and the finished product was perfect and left clean and tidy. Will absolutely be my first call next time I have any flooring needs. 10/10
