Working with Manny and Frank to purchase my first semi was a positive experience. From the moment I started to walk the lot to the day I drove off the lot with my truck. They were very informative and used every tool out there to keep me informed during the purchase portion. All-n-all, they made my first purchase easy.

Went in today for a product under warranty. I was helped by Julian. He was very nice and helpful gave me instructions on how to fill out the form and reviewed it after wards. I was able to get the replacement and he helped me carry it and put it in my car.Lester was also helpful.When I asked Julian for a part and didn't know the name I just described it and where it went he gave me options of what I might be looking for and helped me find the part. It's nice to go in to the dealer looking for parts and as a woman and to be treated with respect even though I might not be communicating correctly which part I need.

Its been a year since I've been here, all previous times I've felt like I was bothering the service writers by just walking in - no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Wade was the only person that gave me the time of day. Well, I'm not sure all that has changed since my last visit, but had to take my coach in for service. I was floored - I was greeted immediately, sincere conversation and questions, eye contact, went over the entire service program, delivered earlier than promised, walked me out to the coach and went over all that was serviced.
