I just moved into a new home, and the roof is about 2 years old. One of the items noted on the inspection was that the dryer exhaust vent had been installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced. I messaged Roof Guys, and they arrived on time and were extremely prompt. The rep looked over the entire roof, identified the issue, and confirmed my dryer exhaust had not been impacted before installing a new vent hood. He cleaned up the work area and was very professional, explaining where the previous roofer had gone wrong and exactly what was needed. Super grateful for their help!
