“Thomas came out to quote, and offered a no B S approach. No upsales, just an introduction and firm handshake, measured and provided a quote along with a few answers to other questions. They accepted my quote that was over 30 days (I called back around 60 days) and they humbly offered to keep it the same and came out about 5 days later.
