“When I first got to the cleaners, I was told that my comforter measured out at a king size, but I explain to the owner that no, indeed it was not, but it was only a queen. At first he kept saying no it's a king ...when I insisted and pushed him a little bit then he did back down and say OK ...then we'll price it for the pri w hear ce of a queen, I do not have anything that is a king in my home and when I purchased this comforter it was purchased as a queen and so that's what I expected to pay for when I went to pick it up. It look nice but they had forgot to charge me for the pillow shams, I was very clear about the fact that I was leaving a comforter, queen size and 2 queen size pillow shams. No big deal. I had to pay extra for the shams a little less than three dollars I'm not asking for anything to be done for free because we all know we have to make money, even though there were some mistakes made and misunderstandings, I still felt good about this cleaners. I will be taking some sweaters in and maybe at that time I can be able to really get a little bit better picture of the service I am going to give them a chance to show me that that was just a huge mistake but I am OK“

Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion. Rest assured they will take care of your garments!“
