Great service, friendly staff, wonderful treatment of the clothes. Some dry cleaners use methods that "age" the fabrics. Not Tide. The clothes come out looking refreshed and almost newer. I have sent big items like bedspreads and they did a great job. Your clothes are an investment, gotta take care of them!

The location and it's employees are outstanding and customer focused. However, Tide's prices have reached "outrageous" amounts. A short basic cotton/poly jacket dry cleaned actually was shamefully charged at $17 dollars. I only paid $25.99 (on sale) for the jacket at Macy's so it should be obvious to Tide that the majority of customers can not and should not experience such unreasonable costs to maintain a good condition and appearance of their clothes they are also forced to buy at reduced prices from the greed hungry businesses in our country. The clothes were nicely taken care of. However, I found their prices to be ridiculously high. The person who waited on me and was very nice and kind and understanding, but I am not spending that much money on my dry cleaning.
