I returned to the spa today and wanted to share an important update based on my experience. When I first walked in, there felt as if there was still some tension between the store manager and me from my previous visit. It felt like she was hesitant to approach me, and I sensed an unwillingness to communicate — not out of disregard, but because she believed I still needed space. As the client, I felt management should eventually initiate that conversation so we could clear the air and move forward.

I have been a member since the beginning and have loved my experience. I recently had to cancel my membership due to financial reasons. Hand and Stone made it simple and easy to cancel my membership and worked with me to use my extra points I had on the app. I will for sure be back when I can afford it again. Mary Jane does an amazing facial and is extremely knowledgeable. Kelly has amazing hands and can feel every knot you have. I highly recommend both.
