Been going here for a few years. May have had a couple of times where a nail has broke or polish comes off. They always fix without any issues. I will drive from work in Atascocita to this location because they are great.

Reception needs a bit of training, professionalism is very important when running a franchise like this. I called to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. I was told I could not come at 4:15 only 4pm or 5pm. I called back to book the 4pm after having to leave early from work to fit my appointment. I checked in at 4 and was not started until 4:30. An appointment is a time slot designated for that client. Sad experience and just something to be mindful of!
