Our upstairs heating system had a problem which another AC company said would cost $998 to fix. We called Charlie's for a second opinion and they came right out. The technician correctly identified a different issue and solved the problem for about 1/10th the price. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, we will certainly be repeat customers!
