I was really surprised by the easy and efficient my experience was. I was very happy that the procedure was fantastic. Everyone was great, I was so impressed with Dr. Cool, he made my day. I'm glad I finally got to see a good team. Thank you.

I did receive a check from Smile Brands which must be the parent company for Castle on 05/14/2026.
It was not in the full amount of the charges as some of the interest charges for using a credit card were not refunded. If they would have accepted my insurance, I would not have had to use my card as all the services would have been paid for by my insurance.
A second call to my insurance while I was there could have solved this matter. As it turns out, the person who called them to confirm I had insurance said they were Monarch Dental ( they are not listed but Castle Dental is).
