Wow!!! They are unbelievable. They cared that I was without A/C and did everything possible to make me comfortable while my part was being ordered. Also, their diagnosis and price of the problem was totally different from the previous company that looked at my unit. Chris, Bailey and Jeff are Superheroes in my eyes!
My husband and I were very very pleased with Austin last night when he came to our house after hours and checked our AC. Luckily our AC was fine. Our thermostat just needed battery and we put them in, but when Austin came out, he checked the batteries and they were in wrong. That we were very glad to meet Austin even if it was an expensive call out thank you Air Houston.
I was able to schedule a routine annual maintenance of both AC and furnace easily. Technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained his procedures and answered all my questions. I immediately put a reminder in my calendar for next year!👍👍👍
