Ms. Liz is amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I have sciatica issues. She focused solely on those specific muscles! It's usually uncomfortable and painful when I get massages. With Ms. Liz, I actually fell asleep I was so relaxed! I came in limping to get up the stairs to her office but when I left I was walking with no pain! She even gave me at home instructions! Love love love Ms. Liz. She is in the business for the healing of the people!!!
Liz knows kinesiology and she treated my separated shoulder better than the Chiropractor who charged a fortune. She's a professional with a private and cozy place. In fact, I should probably book an appointment again soon. Life's been crazy!
I have dealt with sciatic nerve issues and Liz has done an awesome job working out the knots that causes it. She's very knowledgeable in what she does. I would recommend anyone that needs healing to visit her!! She has also worked on my mom and sister who have been hurt due to a car accident. Be sure to drink water and rest day of the massage and you’ll be feeling refreshed after.
