Ryan is absolutely amazing! Phone seemed to be “fried”, so I gave him a call since he came highly recommended. Gave him my phone as soon as I walked in, and he had it figured out in less than 2 minutes. I will be using him for all my future “tech” needs!
I live in La Grange and drove to Ryan's in Columbus, dropped off my laptop, drove home and as soon as I walk in the door, he called to tell me that he had diagnosed the issue and had it ready for me the same day. I was relieved I didn't have to replace the laptop all together. His fee for repairs was very reasonable and I was super happy with the whole experience. My laptop runs better than ever too because he also cleaned it up for me. He told me it was full of cat hair haha

I live 30 miles away but drove to Columbus to drop off my laptop. I drove home, and when I walked in the door my phone rang and it was Ryan himself letting me know he'd already diagnosed the problem. I picked it up the next morning. I was so worried I'd have to buy a new laptop but he fixed me right up! I was very pleased with the whole transaction.
