I'll amend my review. Harry has done all of our computer work for the past several years. If you need something done right the first time, and done well, this is the guy to do it.You won't find a more dedicated and knowledgeable computer guy.Awesome dude.Knows his stuff. High quality work.

"It's not Harry Potter, it's Harry Carter!" But, Harry C. worked HIS magic for my son and I, and got us up and going. We live over an hour away from Columbus and Harry and his assistant both went above and beyond to help us with our technical issue. These are solution oriented folks that don't give up until the problem is solved. Fun, quirky atmosphere in the shop and great small talk - all while being knowledgable about tech. They even had a place for me to rest on a comfy leather couch and watch "Benchwarmers" on their flat screen while I waited. They really got us out of a bind and this is why I will always patronize an authentic "mom and pop" that loves what they do and helping others, over some corporate, big box tech-support cattle mill. Five stars PLUS!

He is a very nice guy and a very interesting setup he has there! I love the creativity inside that place. He let me print off some stuff I needed for like 60 cents and was just a great human being for even taking the 15 minutes it took to print all of that off and seemed like he cared. I appreciate this place and I will definitely bring him some business as soon as I have the need!
