I called these guys out to find the source of a sewer gas smell I the bathroom of my new cabin. They responded promptly, professionally and realized the plumbing vents had been installed incorrectly. Saved the day and fix them in an hour!
I live in neighboring New Ulm. My water heater went out after hours on a Friday and I called two plumbing service companies in Columbus and left a message. Jamie, one of the owners, called me straight up 8am on Monday. My unit was under full warranty replacement. Jamie took the information and assisted me in exercising my "cash-out" option with the manufacturer that morning. I then called them back to arrange a time to install a new water heater. WOW! Jamie and his business partner Jeff, came out that same afternoon and delivered and installed my new unit, and took the old one away. Pricing was fair and as originally quoted by Jamie. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, from the people in the office who take your call, and handle scheduling at the beginning, through to completion of work by the plumbers. The repair required some excavation work to replace a pipe running from the house to the septic system. Columbus plumbing was very conscientious to pack the dirt back down until the area they dug in was nice and smooth (an effort a lot of companies would not have made - but one I greatly appreciated). Pricing is also very fair. I will absolutely use them again for any/all plumbing needs in the future.Services: Toilet repair
