chriatian was great, explained everything he did and gave a details on possible things to look out for. Appreciate that he talked about what the company offers as far as services and being a monthly member. well done.
Cristian came out for an emergency service after I noticed a leak in the ceiling below the HVAC. He explained in detail the issues he encountered and offered multiple solutions for me to consider. He also took time to examine the HVAC unit in its entirety to educate me on the health of the unit (she's quite old) and what I could expect in the future for potential repairs.
