Took my 2 dachshunds in for examination and shots. Dr Dietrich was thorough and spent an hour answering our questions regarding the health concerns we had with each dog. The pricing was extremely competitive and thoroughly explained compared to our previous veterinarian. I would highly recommend TruBond and Dr. Dietrich and his staff.
I recently transferred my golden to truBond. My initial impression started on the website with the employee videos and the clinic walkthrough video. Then I called with a lot of questions and they were all answered without hesitation so I appreciated the knowledge of the front desk staff. Dr. Dietrich is wonderful. We talked about allergies, ear infections, parasomnia. The latter requires more research and consulting, which I kind of expected, but he is excited about that and I appreciate it. They always do a great job. I go in monthly for my cats nail trim. She’s normally super relaxed but hates her nails done. Despite her turning into murder kitty, they always get it done.
