I had osteopenia and was looking for a place to help me build up bone and muscle. I found The Perfect Workout and set up an appointment with Julie for a free initial visit. After meeting Julie and Kippy, I knew I had found the right place. I started doing two sessions per week and the difference was very noticeable within months. I can’t recommend them enough!
A family member was getting great results from The Perfect Workout and recommended I try it. Having never gone to a gym or personal trainer, I was hesitant and a little scared! Julie immediately put me at ease and showed me how each machine worked. She’s very knowledgeable and started me out at levels that were doable but challenging. What’s amazing is I began seeing increased muscle tone and strength from just one 20 minute session per week. And even though I had been doing regular cardio, I started to lose weight. I really appreciate Julie’s (and Kippy’s too!) patience, caring, motivation and expertise. Highly recommend!
This is the best thing I have done for myself. The trainers are all so encouraging. I just completed my 24th week and I am so grateful for the awesome coaching I get from Julie. I drive about 25 minutes each way and it is well worth it. Knowing I have someone to help me through the exercises, keeps me coming back.
