Sadaf/Eyebrows UGH...!! After reading so many reviews about Sadaf, it really says it all!! Horrible is an understatement. Every bad review that I have read, and as you can see there are many, is exactly what I experienced. She was extremely rude, cancelled appointments, advised in advance what I would expect to pay, because she did not want me purchasing the groupon, only to get done with the crappy eyebrow work, to be quoted a higher price. Not much I could do at that point. She advised it included a followup touchup. Which I was dreading to do, but I did pay for it. Well as of today, which has been a couple of months ago, she has not answered any of my texts, refused to offer me a refund and not only am I out extra costs, but my eyebrows look like ....SH.T! There are way to many others that offers this service, so please save your self some time, money and dont give her another opportunity to treat someone else this way. I could go on more. Horrible.....She might do better as a prison guard.

The lady who micro bladed my eyebrows was not only extremely unprofessional, and by that I mean repeatedly scheduling and then canceling on me, even after driving a hour there , by the way she canceled when we were right in front of the building! However, the reason I am leaving this review is because she MESSED UP MY FACE! DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS MICRO-BLADED BY THIS WOMEN!!!! I went to her for the micro blading, and then the touch up fully expecting for everything to have been done, but after the second appointment when they had healed and it didn’t look any different then the first time, I knew something was fishy! The first half of my eyebrows look passable, but the middle and tails are outlined? Seriously, like a they are lined with nothing in the middle. I have been to two other permanent makeup specialists for their opinions and they’ve both said that I’ll need to get them layered off because they are unfixable and that they will need to start from scratch!! This is my FACE!! This is the first negative review I have ever written, but in all good conscience I can’t let some poor soul get their face permanently screwed up too!!

I had a Groupon for a facial procedure with a merchant named Sadaf at spa I wasn't sure how to set appointment so i called spa receptionist said the merchant wasn't in but would leave my detailed questions on the merchant's voicemail when i didnt hear back from merchant after 4 days, i went to Groupon and read her reviews MANY low stars in preceding years( for her last minute cancellations)i called merchant # listed on Groupon i got a voicemail instructing me to leave a text vs voice .. i asked about appts 3 weeks out and voiced my concern about reviews i received a snotty message back saying she was on vacation and NO appts available whatsoever. Groupons have a set expiration so i got a credit i also tried calling spa to complain about merchant and phone call wouldn't go thru on a monday i advise that you reconsider appts with Sadaf

The owner is not friendly she has a very bad attitude. Quoted me over the phone for one price, and when i came in double the price, I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. There are better facilities . then this one, if I could, I wouldn't give her 1 star go at your own risk .

Maura FREEHANDED brows, no mapping. Stopped mid-session because they aren't what I wanted at all! Color faded to red; terrible quality and professionalism.

Edit: she refused to give any refunds and suggested touch-up, I told her to just keep the $750+, it's not worth it
