This place used to be fantastic, now it just gets worse every time we go there. There are new owners and they ignore the dogs while chatting at the front desk, they are rude to customers as well, and they are trying to nickel and dime for every little thing. Have to find a new place.

Pet Bar looks nice from the outside but not so nice inside. I called to schedule dog grooming four different occasions upon arrival was told we were not scheduled. One of the employees with a big smirky smiled mentioned this happens frequently. The last visit groomer Hailey decided she would not be grooming our dog because she was scratched by one our dogs and Commented to me several times our dogs hair is so thick! In conclusion, please be aware of this SALON not worth the money Or time. FYI, there are 8 Pet Salons in Colleyville. We have found a wonderful place to take our dogs with Super Customer Service!

I needed my puppy bathed and nails done and they did an excellent job in around an hour! I’ll go back because they were so good! Thank you Petbar in Colleyville!

Absolutely amazing petbar I love it here so much! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and I feel best taking my dog here for a bath! Azul will always come back here :)

Our fist time self bathing at the pet bar. Awesome experience! The staff was so helpful getting us set up and showing us how easy it is to use their bathing system and grooming tables! Highly recommend! First time I have bathed our corgi and not had a massive backache after wards lol.

This is our favorite self serve pup washing station in the area. The washing stations have built in soap and conditioner dispensers through the hose, and real top of the line equipment. We also loved how the staff treated us while we were there. Will definitely come back!

I have been using pet bar for many years now and I can’t give them enough compliments! My dog is totally comfortable with all the employees! My dog comes back with every hair perfect and they smell so good! I highly recommend giving them a shot with your furbaby! Great prices!

Very nice setup and staff. Prices are little steep for occasional self baths, however package deals have value for multiple baths a month with combo of self baths and one facility bath. Water temp not consistent, but probably better during the summer. Over good experience.
