I've been going to get my hair done with Tocco for close to a decade (give or take) and she ALWAYS exceeds my expectations, even when I give her free reign over my head. I've gotten to know most of the staff at this location (in the spa) and they are all welcoming, sweet, polite, and want to make sure that your experience in the spa is top tier, even if they're not who you are seeing that day. I recommend Tocco to friends, family, and strangers all the time and will continue to refer to this spa for all the years to come. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could!

I had my very first experience at lifetime fitness, and it was at the spa. I had received a pedicure and a manicure with olivia.She was very gentle, took her time and explained everything she was doing as well as Natalie at the front desk, she was pleasant from the phone. Call that I made to schedule the appointment to the moment. I walked out of the door very pleasant staff and great service.

Shaina is hands down the best aesthetician I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been coming to see her for about 3-4 years now. When I first came to her, I had had a horrible experience with another aesthetician that led to 3rd degree burns which was traumatizing. I thought I’d never get another facial ever again. I finally decided to give it another shot, expressed my experience and concerns with Shaina, and now I see her once a month religiously. She has made such a difference for my face and skin and has helped me figure out the best possible skin care routine for my situation. She is so sweet and knowledgeable and over the top amazing!!!
