The customer service is top notch. I've worked in the fitness industry for over 33 years, and know the ins & outs of gym memberships and how health clubs try to take every penny they can from you. But when I had to cancel my membership the day after I joined due to work scheduling changes, Fit Factory Colleyville refunded my membership in full and didn't charge me anything after that. Nine times out of ten, a corporate health club would keep your money and still find a way to charge you, but the sales manager Hasan and the corporate office honored the contract, and quickly showed me how a corporate health club should be run. If I ever do get a health club membership in the future, Fit Factory will be my first and only stop.Thank you again Hasan, for your outstanding customer service, and willingness to follow up with your members. Keep up the great work!!

Love this Gym!!! It’s always so clean, and the staff are so welcoming. I’ve tried a lot of different gyms, and this one is gem for sure. Best, most comfortable gym environment I’ve ever experienced!! 10/10

This gym has just about everything I need. Even during peak hours I usually don't have a problem finding equipment, except for the section that has the benchpress and free weights. Occasionally, those are often all booked up. However, the problem I have is with the selection of TV channels they display. They have 12 TVs, two showing the same sports channel, three or four, showing promotional stuff for the gym, three or four that are turned off, and the only two TVs that are turned to any kind of news are turned to Fox News, which is pure propaganda. I would rather not have to watch Sean Hannity or Tucker Carlson trying to indoctrinate me while I'm on the treadmill. At least have a TV turned to the BBC or CNN so that people who like real journalism can get real news.

Absolutely horrible experience and the worst gym in DFW. This place caters to narcissists who not only take videos of their rear ends but also capture others in their videos and post them to different sites including questionable sites. This not only goes on in the gym but in the bathrooms, so if you want to have privacy you can forget it here. I complained numerous times only to be dismissed because I wanted to have a private workout at a private gym. I questioned their practices including what happens if these people capture children in their videos and their response was that there's nothing they're willing to do. There are times these narcissists take up entire sections of the gym where you can't pass to go to the bathroom without being captured on their videos. The equipment is in pretty bad shape because it is the lowest quality and tier possible. There is equipment that has been out of commission for over 4 months. There are many gyms in the area that prohibit videoing and posting narcissist videos, and this place should also but they don't, instead they cater to them. Avoid this place at all cost, management cares more about social media than they do about members privacy in a private club. This place and their practices are appalling. The management cares more about social media posts and questionable sites than they do about members trying to work out. This place isn't a gym but a gathering for social media narcissists. Managers like Kenny and his boss allow people to take videos in the bathrooms and prevent others from utilizing the gym when taking videos. This place is sick and the management supports members being treated like garbage all for narcissist and porn site videos. This place is great for perverts, pedophiles and social media narcissists because the Fit Factory allows adults to video record minors on the gym floor as well as in the bathrooms. Update: to the incompetents at FitFactory Customer Care, you said in your reply I was not a member, more lies from a group of narcissists and liars. Don't trust anything these people tell you, they will lie to your face with a smile. These people are dishonest as can be.

They’re deals are a scam! The employee that signed me up for the free month trial told me I could cancel by the end of the month, no charge. Sure enough, they made me jump through several hoops, sign up for an entirely separate online account to even submit the cancel request, and then they STILL tried to charge me $120 to cancel. False advertising, lying staff, and the gym wasn’t even worth it. All old equipment, not well cleaned. Definitely look elsewhere.UPDATE (2/27):Your response below correctly acknowledges that my membership has since been cancelled without charge. But it did not happen upon request in the gym as you said, nor did the associate that signed me up inform me of this. I asked to cancel in the gym, they saw I was using the promotion, but still handed me a business card to go try it myself at home. That is when it tried to charge me, so we needed to go back to the gym when a manager was working to get it cancelled properly. The manager was helpful at least, but nobody else that works there seems to know what is going on. And clearly you cannot trust the word of an employee when you are signing up.

Fit Factory is amazing! Always clean, all of the machines are great quality and are always working. The staff is nice and friendly and always helpful, price is unbeatable! I highly recommend this gym over any of the others in the area!

Good quality when it comes to the equipment. Also, there is plenty of equipment, so you never have to wait for stuff. All your basic equipment and more. Dumbells up to 100 lbs. Good atmosphere and cleanliness. The staff is friendly. I have had memberships at both ends of the spectrum - Lifetime and Planet Fitness, Fit Factory - is the best overall gym for pricing.

I have been a member at Fit Factory for a while now and the gym has its pluses and minuses. It's inexpensive and has some decent equipment. There are only four benches by the free weights and is a constant battle to get one, especially when it's busy. Most of the benches are loose and move around and can be distracting during a workout. They've had machines down for weeks at a time, which gets frustrating, but that seems to have improved some. The front desk people are kind and the trainers are pretty good. It is one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been in, kudos to the cleaning staff!
