Athletico Physical Therapy - Colleyville

I’m very happy with the professionals at Athletico, Colleyville. They did such a good job getting me back to a full range of motion after my knee replacement, I went back for some shoulder therapy. They know their craft and will help you get free from your physical restrictions. Shout out to Tanvi, that gal can work miracles.

Athletico physical therapy in colleyville is THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had when undergoing physical therapy.
My doctor wanted me to do pelvic floor therapy and provided a short and a list of places that did that. Most of them were too far from Bedford, tx. I tried to contact the 3 that were close. I left several messages at each facility. One NEVER called back. One said they had know openings for 4 months. I did receive a return call from one in Bedford off HARWOOD Rd. They couldn’t schedule me for 2 months but said if they had a cancellation they would contact me by email. I completed all paperwork and took it to the office. I was scheduled an open appointment time in 3 months! However, I received several email messages that there were cancellations and if I wanted the appointment. The instructions said to call to get appointment. However, they had no receptionist and no way to leave a message for a return call. I emailed them back for 3 different appointments. I did not know if they were given to me or not. So I just showed up at the first open time. The person at the desk indicated that the appointment times were filled by other patients and said that the email indicated to call to schedule the appointment. However, every time I tried to call it was busy or it rolled over to a message that stated, “Do not leave a message. We have no answering service and this system is not set up to leave a message. Please call (the office) during business hours.”
The next email I received I went directly to the office and requested the open appointment time. She said that was already filled and that I should have called per the email instructions. I told them to forget it.
My daughter in law during her pregnancy had pelvic floor therapy with Athelitica in Fort Worth. So, I called Athletica and they indicated there was a specialist in Colleyville and scheduled me an appointment within a week. The paperwork was on-line and easy to complete. My first appointment was explaining to the therapist my issues and we spoke regarding the process. She immediately scheduled me for Monday and Wednesday at the same time for a six week schedule. The therapist was Tanvi. I had pelvic floor therapy about 10 years ago. Tanvi was so different. We started with the issues and established a plan. What REALLY helped us she had a pelvic model and pointed out the muscles that needed to be strengthened and she would indicate if I was correct. She used helpful analogies for what I needed to do. She was very open, honest, thorough, and especially considerate. I was given some at home exercises and ideas to practice. The exercises were on line and walked you through each set. She also provided me a printed copy. She identified my problems very quickly and knew right away what to do. I felt extremely comfortable with Tanvi. Working together we resolved my incontinance in less than 3 months! I feel more assured when going places. I REALLY recommend Athletica for pelvic floor therapy. I also want to add that ALL the staff in this location were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had PT before for my back, neck and ankles. The places I went for PT to treat those were always very noisy, extremely busy and did not have enough equipment to go around. I would have to wait in line. Athletica schedules doable appointments. It is quiet and they do not schedule multiple people for appointments for the same therapist at the same time. You get your Therapist’s full attention for your appointment. They encourage 2-way communication. The facility was VERY CLEAN with nice bathrooms. If I could give the colleyville location 10 stars, I would. All the therapist are knowledgeable, friendly and calm. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, location and therapists to anyone requiring ANY TYPE of physical therapy a doctor prescribes. My greatest appreciation!

Sidney is an awesome PT. He takes the time to show you correct form and watches to ensure you are doing exercises correctly. It takes a lot to impress me and he definitely did just that. The whole staff is amazing and friendly from WaLeader, Jocelyn, and the other 2 PTs. I would 100% recommend Athletico in Colleyville.

I had rotator cuff repair surgery back in mid November, and thanks to Sydney, Waleader, Tanvi, and the rest of the team, I’m already back to playing golf! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they made the whole recovery process much easier than I expected. With so many options for physical therapy in the Metroplex, I feel truly lucky that I ended up at this location. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

So thankful for Athletico and especially Tanvi and her care. Truly she is talented and works magic on pain and getting to the problem and fixing it. Honestly can’t say enough of how thankful I am for her care.

The therapists From Tanvi, Natalie, Sidney who all three took the time to really listen, explain the why behind every exercise, and a special shot out to Tanvi who tailored my treatment specifically to the goals I set for myself. I never felt rushed or like “just another appointment.” Every visit was motivating, positive, and focused on real results. Their attention to detail and commitment to helping me heal and get stronger is exceptional.

What impressed me most was how they combine clinical excellence with genuine enthusiasm. They celebrate progress, push you just the right amount, and make the entire recovery process both effective and uplifting. I left each session feeling stronger, more confident, and excited about my improvement.

Sidney and the team at Athletico Colleyville were great to work with! Every week I felt improvement. Sidney challenged me with my exercises while keeping it fun and engaging. The environment is clean, welcoming and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone needing PT whether you’re recovering from injury or surgery, young or old.

I have been seeing Tanvi at Athletico PT Colleyville for the last 9 weeks after a total knee Replacement. I have enjoyed going to PT every time due to the incredible environment and work ethic of everyone at Athletico. Tanvi has been patient with me but also challenges me to do more each time I go.
