At Peace By Defying Time was my first spa experience and it was absolutely AMAZING! Their staff, Ian & Christine, were so helpful, kind, and seemed to truly love their job. The sauna was the perfect start before getting into the float spa — which was one of the coolest and most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced.
From their luxury robes, to their fully stocked toiletries for showering, to the amazing services, this spa is a 10/10! I left feeling rejuvenated after long hours on my feet (I’m a teacher, coach, and runner) and am so excited to go back! You won’t regret booking!

Arrived after completing a 5k race morning of, this is definitely the relaxation athletes need. Very relaxing and soothing especially after running. Staff were super friendly and helpful with details and answering questions. Definitely recommend!

The entire setting was beautiful, relaxing, and spotless — it truly felt like a luxury spa experience from start to finish.
