From that 1st day we knew it wasn’t just a “sale” to them. They wanted to capture something meaningful. That’s exactly what they did. Now that my dad has passed away I knew they would do that exact same thing again. J’Nean was so attentive to every detail. She remembered who I was when I walked in. She truly heard what I was wanting and they put that into something so meaningful to me. When I saw the final outcome I couldn’t help but to cry. Everyone has been so very good to work with at Watson’s Monuments. Having to order a headstone monument with a lot of “artwork engraving” from long distance can be very challenging, but J’Nean has walked us through every step with compassion for our family and respect for our loved ones. The engraving done, both front and back, was excellent. …Just can’t say enough about how pleased we are. We would rate them 10 stars if we could!
