Alex picked up and happily explained to me every single detail of the situation and what things I would need to purchase to make my internet work in my new home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The problems are taken care of efficiently and with patience for those not "in the know" about all thing technical. They asked questions to move the process along when I forgot everything I called for. Really great support team!
