The Division of IT is not good at solving any problem. They say do this, and it fails every time. I do not understand how they cannot fix my issues. It is not hard to print and the fact nobody in IT knows what to do is infuriating. They pass you to the next person and they all same the same things. I would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately thats not possible.
