Based on the reviews, SWEATSCAPE - Sauna + Cold Plunge Experience is a relaxing and clean facility with welcoming staff. The mindset and vibe is Finland inside the sauna and Mediterranean Sea in the cold plunge. It is a great experience for stress relief, sore muscles, and feeling like a new person. The environment is relaxing and calm, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Guests feel right at home and recommend the monthly pass. It is a favorite spot in town to come alone or with friends, and many plan to make it part of their normal routine.
I have experienced a few different cultural preparations of hot/cold contrast therapies in different types of spa settings and this was definitely a top-tier experience and a really great addition to our community! I especially love the proximity to Alpha Sports Medicine and Peace at Hand Massage Therapy because I think that if you're going to do something Good for yourself it should be in a full spectrum approach. I was assisted by Britton, not only was she incredibly sweet and professional; she gave me a really wonderful tour and run down of what I could expect and assisted me in my contrast cycling routine. A lack of spa attendant is one of my biggest complaints about Spa Castle in Carrollton so for me this puts it above the rest. I'll be back, with my husband!!

This is an awesome and authentic sauna experience. So relaxing. So wonderful. And - if you want to - you can challenge yourself. Great sauna!
