Susan's Ballroom Dance offers a variety of dance classes for all ages and interests. With over 20 years of experience, the studio provides private and group lessons in ballroom, Latin, Country Western, and Swing dance styles. They also host special events, such as a formal ball and annual showcase, and have even organized ballroom dance cruises. In addition to dance, the studio offers etiquette seminars for adults and small businesses, as well as Cotillion and Etiquette/Dance Camps for youth. Many students, including children and adults, have benefited from the classes and camps, reporting improved confidence, social skills, and a love for dance. The experienced instructors make learning enjoyable and effective, and they are highly recommended by their students.
Susan's Ballroom Dance is amazing! I have had the privilege of taking group classes, youth cotillion, and preforming at showcase. Each and every minute spent in the studio is productive and helps make you a better dancer. I have learned so many new steps in waltz, foxtrot, cha cha, and more! Additionally, the dance lessons come with the best dance instructor, Dr. Q! She is so talented at dance and has a great passion for teaching students how to have proper etiquette in dance. She installs her passion for dance in every student and makes every minute amazing! Dance lessons with Dr. Q are necessity for anyone living in Bryan/College Station!
My son and daughter (ages 15 and 13) enjoyed attending etiquette camp and additional dance classes this summer. It was a great way to get them out of the house and with other kids during the summer break. I know they enjoyed it because they both came home and continued practicing their dance steps to music in the kitchen!
Susan has been incredible with teaching my husband and me how to dance. She was amazing walking us through the basics for our first dance and quickly helping us progress through advance lifts. She was also gracious enough to include our parents in the lessons. We found a love for dancing through Susan and have signed up for regular date night dancing lessons. Susan is knowledgeable, patient and makes learning dance fun. We would recommend her to any new couple for their wedding or even people who are wanting to learn the basics of dancing.
