Fast, Friendly, and efficient. They were so knowledgeable and fixed my issue, while explaining everything step as they did the repair. Also giving me quotes on parts before doing the repair. They came out to fix an issue. Then that night an issue came up..they came out the next morning, in the pouring rain lightning and sereve thunder to fix it.

I found Reed at R & R Quality Air after receiving a quote for duct repair/replacement from my long term AC company. I researched the number and content of reviews his company had previously received. I invited him (as well as a couple other providers) to give me a quote on the service I needed. He wasn’t the cheapest, but FAR from the original quote I had. I contracted Reed to do the work and I’m delighted with the results!! Even added new insulation throughout my entire attic! They were prompt, polite, no up-charges from the original quote and were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves.
