Dropped off a comforter and was told it would be ready Tuesday at 4, I show up at that time and am told it won’t be ready until Friday. No apologies or anything and no sense of any wrong doing on their part. I ask why they would give a date and time if they don’t follow it and the response I get is we only do bedding sometimes, come back Friday and it will probably be ready. I fully understand running behind and not being able to complete all the dry cleaning but for the reason to be we don’t always get to it while still giving a pickup time is extremely unprofessional and honestly a terrible way to run a business.

I've been coming to this place for about 5 years now and have never had a problem. I've had my dry cleaning done here as well as military press, name tape stitching, uniform repairs, and crotch holes on my jeans patched up and always been happy with the final product. Theres usually a 1-2 day turn around for cleanings and is always fairly priced.
