I had a bad first experience here (they added pleats to flat pants when I asked for them to be pressed) but they fixed them and are close to me so I gave them another chance. The following pictures are the result. This time they missed the old press lines adding new lines that will once again have to be washed out. They also pressed a large wrinkle into one of the legs. I will not return and suggest others to seek business elsewhere.
The older lady working this morning is extremely rude and confrontational- to the degree of cursing and calling me a B#%*. I was simply asking her a question. I gave her a chance to apologize and admit she was having a bad day and she was unable to do that- Apparently after reading reviews on here, I’m not the only one who has experienced her rude ways.
Older lady that runs this location is extremely rude and uses profanity at customers... not a place to do business with when they have that type of person representing them!!!! STAY AWAY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
