Absolutely disgusting. No way to treat customers. Ordered online at 08:30. Acknowledged ready for pick up at 08:46. Arrived for curbside pick up at 14:26, waited 20 minutes and had to go into the store to be told it wasn't ready! Waited ANOTHER ten minutes for it to be brought out....ONE item!

Came into the store to buy a new set of gloves. Mr philip help me out and asked me a ton of questions about where I worked and what type of work I do. He helped me find the perfect pair of leather gloves. Thanks.

Went to the store in college station and needed help choosing power tools. Mr. Phillip helped me a lot and got me sorted out very well. He is very inquisitive about the needs I had to understand better how to help me. His knowledge of the area he works in is very high and he helped me out a lot.
10 out of 10 Phillip is my go to guy from now on. Great conversation, and I may even be in there to ask him advice about projects in the future!
