Luke was very kind and understand why sometimes there was a leak under the bathroom sink and sometimes not. He took the time to educate me about how the part of the HVAC drains into a pipe under the sink and sometimes creates condensation. I was certainly not aware of this feature in my home, and I am most appreciative of my new knowledge.

Blake and his son Shane diagnosed the A/C problem quickly and it was repaired in less than 45 minutes. It was a Saturday morning and they were here promptly after another job. I am grateful for the weekend service and getting the AC fixed on a hot and muggy summer day.

Update! Frankie Mathis provided outstanding service! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dailey is the only HVAC company I’ll use. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them!
