Cascade Plumbing is amazing. They replaced my Rinnai tankless heater a little more than a year ago very quickly (they're an authorized dealer) and did a fantastic job; they even replaced all of the fittings and piping around it at no extra charge. When we were discussing the home, the owner Mark mentioned that he'd plumbed this estate home when it was built more than 20 years ago. Then, a few weeks ago, it started triggering a code 11 and it was fully replaced under warranty. Today, it triggered a code 12, and Mark immediately came out (within a few hours) and replaced the regulator as well. This is an awesome company. They came out and fixed my exterior, tankless hot water heater same day. Charged a reasonable rate. Communication was awesome, which was important since I was not home and this is where most good companies with old-school values are lacking. Fantastic service!

I had issues with two leaky outdoor spigots. The repair/replacement was reasonably priced with zero issues. I appreciated how timely they were and how quick they were able to fix my issues. I will be utilizing them again if I have any other repairs needed.
