I’ve been taking my dog here for a while and he always looks great when I pick him up; also pretty affordable prices. However, the most recent time I had my dog groomed, my roommate picked him up for me and the lady had told my roommate that my dog had a scab on his ear that she picked and it bled a lot. I was confused when my roommate told me this because I constantly pet and scratch my dog’s ears as this is one of his favorite places to be scratched and I feel like I would’ve noticed if he had a scab. Finally when I got home and saw my pet I looked at his ear and it looks as if he got cut during his grooming appointment. He had dried blood on both the outer and inner ear and it was right on the edge of the ear. He was also super sensitive to me touching the ear which he was not beforehand. I do believe he was nicked on the ear during the groom. As someone who has worked in vet clinics for years, I understand pets may move a lot during services and I just wish there was some honesty because I would’ve understood and am aware accidents happened.

All the groomers are absolutely amazing. I have always been so pleased with how my dog looks and how he is treated. Plus, they are phenomenal with communication (pick up, drop off, checking in). Love this place! Couldn’t recommend more!

I take my dogs to Boom Town groomer and they always do a wonderful job. My dogs are so happy every time I drop them off, so I know they have a good time! They always look wonderful when I pick them up :) It's obvious they really care for the dogs they're taking care of!

Horrible job on our mix poodle shaved him way shorter than we wanted still smelled bad and left longer hairs all over never will we return here again

I really liked Martin, my dog's groomer. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! Couldn't ask for more, I will return again. I can tell he loves animals, my dog likes him a lot.
