She greeted me with a kind heart, introduced herself, and gifted me a new client goodie bag. I have never experienced this before and it was such a nice beginning to finding a new waxing specialist. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable during the entire service. We had great conversations and I learned a lot from her. She has set the tone for excellent customer service and I am here for it honey! Great overall experience.“
