One of the worst business experiences I've had. Made a appointment for December 22 at 1pm. I received a text stating i should be notified half hour before scheduled appointment. It's December 26th still no notification 😕

UPDATE: ***AJ did make it right and processed my refund for the overpayment*** changed to a 3* review
When I first worked with AJ Hill on August 19th, I would have given a 5-star review without hesitation!
He diagnosed my RV refrigerator as needing a new board. I paid $662.49 total for the trip, part (est. $397), and labor. The part was backordered, so I sourced it myself. AJ agreed to install my part and refund me for the one he ordered.
He installed the part on September 2nd and again confirmed the refund. Since then, I’ve contacted him repeatedly 10+ times (9/4–10/13) about my refund and itemized receipt for my RV warranty claim. Calls and texts went unanswered. When I finally reached him today using a blocked number, he was defensive, blamed me for delays, and ultimately hung up on me.
At this point, I’m giving 1 star. If AJ follows through with my refund and invoice, I’ll gladly update the rating.

My experience with AJ was disappointing. He was unprofessional, uncommunicative, and difficult to deal with. I initially reported a broken dishwasher to my landlord, and it took AJ two days to respond. He arrived unexpectedly at 7 PM without any prior notice, despite being scheduled for earlier in the day.
He said he would return first thing the next morning, but didn’t show up. When I followed up with my landlord around noon, AJ later called me in a combative tone, complaining that calls during the day disrupt his workflow and seemed upset that I had reported his late visit.
When he finally returned, he continued to vent about the situation instead of focusing on the repair, despite my repeated requests to move on and just fix the issue. He then claimed a part was backordered and would take four days to arrive. He eventually returned the following Monday, again at the very end of the day.
Both visits were delayed and felt deliberately scheduled at inconvenient times. As a renter, I don’t get to choose the contractors hired by my landlord, but for those who do have a choice, I’d recommend considering someone with stronger communication skills and a more professional approach.

I used Aggieland appliance repair and they were great for my LG refrigerator that was leaking water.They arrived on time to the appointment and called 30 minuted before the appointment time. The diagnosis was very quick and thorough and the technician was very nice. I will definitely be using them in the future and anyone living in the Brazos County should as well!!

They wined and complained about how hard it was going to be to get to the dryer to fix it and it would be complicated... so my daughter (in the condo) helped move the doors and 14 minutes later they were done and then basically double charged us. We were quoted 100-200 by other companies to change out the heating element. We used them, bc of one review, but after, I've seen many people have this problem with them. They tried to charge us over $300 and we ended up paying $300 in cash for 14 minutes of labor and a $27 part.
